We had a sneaky weekend to Malta, Thursday to Sunday… there was 6 of us coming so wanted hassle free, luxury experience but not staying in a hotel, as we wanted to gather in the evenings for social time and relax at the same time. Many villa agents would not accommodate the 4 day trip. David was very accommodating, and went the extra mile, organised taxi pick up at airport and for a car hire to be at the villa the next morning. Villa was perfect for the trip. Clear, modern, well equipped, very spacious for the family. This was second trip to Malta this summer, and I will certainly be back. David has a magnificent portfolio of different accommodations. So check out the range.

“First villa holiday and will not be last”

Have just returned from a great holiday in a fabulous villa. The location is ideal – i have been to Malta many times before and i would say this is the best location to be as you can easily reach the north , central and south of the island. It is in a quiet residential upmarket area but not far from the hussle of St Julians and Sliema. There is a bus stop near by but a car is recommended. The Villa itself is very spacious, light and the furnishings are modern and are a very good standard as is the decor. Lastly the views from most of the rooms, the terrace and balconies are wonderful! I hope it is available for my next visit!

“Most beautiful and hospitable villa – ever!”

I would like to say a very big and warm thank you to David and his wife, who were very accomodating and kind to us during our stay. Whilst at the villa with my parents and grandparents, they were willing and able to help us with every detail we asked. We stayed there during the wintertime and a gad heater was also provided which was lovey and a great touch of comfort from them! The house its self was just gorgeous, beautiful, huge, comfortable and just perfect. Each one of us loved our stay in the villa, it is just central enough to be close to most things but far enough away to be able to have a feeling of seclusion that is rare on such a small island. The views were beyond exquisite, and I will happily be renting from David again in the future!!! I would reccomend this villa to large families, families with small children, extended families, and large groups of friends.
Liked best: The quality of the property, and the views!

“Wonderful villa”

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Villa Belvedere. Everything was wonderful there. All rooms very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool was really good, and the amount of balcony and terrace space around was excellent.
David was very helpful as was Leonard who is the maintenance man.
Really relaxing!
The villa is located away from the busyness and noise of nearby St. Julians, although it was easy to access using local taxis and buses. We managed to visit most of Malta during our stay – really enjoyed visiting Valletta, Mdina and the old temples at Hagar Qim.

We were delighted with Villa Belvedere: we had more than 20 people so special arrangements had to be made for extra beds, towels, loungers etc and David was very accommodating so our family could stay together. This is a spacious home, very new and clean, the pool area is fantastic and the view just amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a large group. Thank you David and Jane for amazing customer service both before and during the stay. We will book with you again in the future!
